By using or signing up to any Tidal Wave Cleaning Services service you are agreeing to the following:

For any member of the Tidal Wave team to contact you directly or indirectly with any communication method supplied by you.

I consent to Tidal Wave processing data for legal, personnel, administrative, and management purposes and in particular to the processing of any sensitive personal data including any type of image or media assets (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998 and other data laws including GDPR).

I consent to Tidal Wave making such information available to those associated with Tidal Wave such as 3rd party suppliers and our partners, any regulatory authorities, and as may be required by law or seen as appropriate by Tidal Wave.

Tidal Wave is not responsible for distribution from the shop and cannot be held responsible for any transaction issues.

Currently, our payment system is with Stripe, any terms and conditions relating to payments must be directed to terms and conditions displayed on Stripe's website.

Any Tidal Wave proposal is valid for a period of 30 days following submission, after which the Company retains the right to amend or withdraw the proposal.

All charges are subject to VAT which will be added at the prevailing rate at the time of invoice.

Proposals are based on the Company’s standard Terms & Conditions and based on the following assumptions:

• Any exception or variation may result in additional charges payable by the customer to the Company.

• The company’s technicians will have free access to all relevant areas and are afforded continuous and uninterrupted working that allows for no interruption caused by other suppliers, trades or the customer;

• That the company is not responsible for making good, decoration, or redecoration;

• That the company will not be held liable for incorrect action as a result of any omissions or errors made by the customer;

• That the Service can be undertaken during the hours quoted;

• That the company has been provided by the customer, all relevant information and has been provided by the customer full knowledge of the customer’s specific requirements

• That unless specifically requested, there is no additional equipment or technicians required to carry out the treatment.

The Company accepts no liability for any damage caused by the fogging solution mixing with any other element within the site and the customer agrees to clear in advance any area that should not mix with the fogging solution.

As such, any proposal is subject to variation based on site survey undertaken at the time of the pre-treatment site visits by a qualified technician of the company.

Please note that any abortive visits will be chargeable at full quoted rate.
